1. Sponsor

The Pasture Pet LLC ("Sponsor"), thepasturepet.com. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. Eligibility

The Pasture Pet Monthly Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs on a monthly basis. Each monthly drawing period begins on the first (1st) day of the month and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Promotion Period"). A new drawing will be held on or around the fifth (5th) day of each following month.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

• Method 1 — Free Online Entry (AMOE): Visit thepasturepet.com/pages/enter-sweepstakes and complete the entry form with your name and email address. No purchase required. Limit one (1) free entry per person per monthly Promotion Period.
• Method 2 — Purchase Entry: Purchase any product from thepasturepet.com during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying purchase constitutes one (1) entry. Limit one (1) purchase entry per transaction.

Both methods of entry have equal odds of winning. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Automated entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected per monthly Promotion Period. The prize consists of one (1) $500 Chewy gift card (approximate retail value: $500.00 USD). Total approximate retail value of prizes awarded annually: $6,000.00 USD.

Chewy.com is not a sponsor of this promotion and is not affiliated with The Pasture Pet. The Chewy name and logo are trademarks of Chewy, Inc. and are used solely to identify the prize.

No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during each monthly Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or around the fifth (5th) day of the month following each Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Promotion Period.

7. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winner must respond to the notification email within seventy-two (72) hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Tax Liability

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize value is under $600 USD; therefore, no IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued. However, winners are advised to consult their own tax advisor regarding the tax implications of receiving a prize.

9. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules.
• Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws.
• This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or any prize won. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at thepasturepet.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may use your information to administer the Promotion and for marketing communications, subject to your right to opt out at any time.

12. Winners List

To request a winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: The Pasture Pet LLC, Attn: Sweepstakes Winners List, [Your Business Address]. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the end of each monthly Promotion Period.
